The Fair Catch Foundation was started by David and Chondra Mulugheta to help families create sustainable, inter-generational change — working to break generational cycles of adversity for kids and families in the child welfare system.
We serve the interests of underserved populations in communities across the country, helping to provide the foundation for long-term opportunity and a more level playing field for future generations.
